Insurance company investigator Zhao Ji (Henry McHenry) travels to a Pacific island nation in search of stolen artworks. With his superb lock-picking skills, he joins a gang of cultural relics thieves led by Xiang Ye (Simon Yam). Together with several partners with their own expertise, he launches a series of thrilling "thefts". In the end, he recovers the artworks and joins the police to arrest the thieves. After everything is over, he learns the truth about his father's disappearance.
